Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find your real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or have any updates under our Order Status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: Our warehouses are located around the US. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 17 to 34 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 65 days.

Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $39 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Q: What About Damages?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
